Associate Commercial Forecasting Director

Recordati Rare Diseases, Inc. is seeking a strategic forecasting leader to own US commercial forecasting across the portfolio, with significant visibility to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Lead U.S. forecasting processes across all horizons (monthly/LBE, annual budget, long range plan) with focus on the Endocrinology franchise.
• Build and maintain dynamic, assumption-driven models supporting Commercial, Supply Planning, and Long‐Range Plan submissions;
• Ensure strong forecasting governance, including version control, documentation, and clear change management rationale.
• Partner with Data & Analytics to improve methodologies at regional and territory levels, where applicable.
• Collaborate closely with Finance on quarterly re forecasting, budget cycles, and long range plan development.
