Supply Chain Manager at Recordati. Drive optimal inventory levels, manage production planning, and lead a team in a hybrid role.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field
- At least 10-15 years of experience in Supply Chain Management preferably in a pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and logistic operations management
- Proficiency in SAP4HANA and MS Office applications
- Strong analytical, planning, and reporting skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work in coordination with global procurement teams and multicultural environments
- Result-oriented, cost-conscious, and capable of driving continuous improvement projects
