Job Description
Recover is a startup focused on making addiction and mental health treatment more effective and accessible for low-income people. They partner with governments to improve outcomes and provide harm reduction approaches. The role is a Clinical Supervisor for a substance use disorder (SUD) treatment program, responsible for overseeing the clinical staff and ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care.
Requirements
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.)
- 3+ years of clinical experience in addiction treatment or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, managing clinical staff in a behavioral health setting
- Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities for substance use disorder
- Familiarity with EHR systems and clinical documentation standards
