CNC Machinist - Mitech Machine

Mitech Machine & Fabrication Ltd is a well established diversified machine and fabrication shop looking for a CNC Machinist to work on custom projects, adapt to new challenges, and maintain quality and production.

Requirements

• Produce quality on time parts through the direction of the Shop Foreman
• Run tooling and machinery to optimize production and quality to meet customer needs
• Troubleshoot unique problems with fixtures or tooling
• Change tools, inserts and adjust offsets as required to maintain tolerances
• Complete daily machine maintenance
• Check own parts against blue print drawings in various stages of production
• Identify irregularities in parts and non conformance to quality standards
• Assist with training of Machinist Apprentice
• Perform other tasks as assigned
