Requirements
- Fluent in French, with a good command of English and Spanish (B1 level).
- Customer-oriented with a friendly and professional approach.
- Minimum 1 year of (tele)sales experience with strong negotiation skills.
- Dynamic, detail-oriented, diplomatic, and an excellent communicator.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and a passion for delivering great customer service.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems.
