We're looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to lead our SMB business, with experience in SaaS sales and ability to coach a team to consistently outperform.
Requirements
- Proven ability to hit and exceed revenue, win rate, and cycle-time KPIs through team leadership.
- Strong AE fundamentals with consultative & value selling approach across the sales process (discovery, demos, negotiation, etc).
- Ability to build trust, shape culture, and reinforce high performance with positive coaching.
- 4-5+ years in SaaS sales with 2–3 years as an AE and 1–2 years in a team lead or sales manager role.
- Strong track record closing SMB deals. Exposure to mid-market/enterprise deals is a plus.
- Prior experience working in the US/UK markets.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. MBA from a top tier college is preferred.
