The Director, Human Resources will be responsible for helping build a scalable, compliant, and people-entered HR infrastructure across the organization. This role will work closely with the SVP, People to design and implement HR systems, policies, and processes that support organizational growth while ensuring strong employee engagement and risk management.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience in HR Business Partner or HR leadership roles
- Proven ability to partner closely with senior leadership to build HR programs and infrastructure
- Strong experience managing employee relations, performance management, and complex workplace conversations
- Deep knowledge of leave administration (FMLA, state leave programs, disability, parental leave, etc.)
- Experience supporting managers with PIPs, investigations, and employee relations issues
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable HR processes while remaining hands-on with employees
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance best practices
- Experience overseeing HR systems such as HRIS, ATS, payroll, and benefits platforms
