Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, or contract management
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills
- Demonstrated experience developing procurement policies and managing enterprise contracts
- Familiarity with SOC 2 Type II controls and third-party risk management frameworks
- Experience in procurement software (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, SAP, or NetSuite)
- Exceptional attention to detail, stakeholder communication, and organizational skills
Benefits
- Base Salary: $125,000 – $155,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Bonus: 10%
