Job Description
Medical Office Administrative Assistant – Donor Advocate role at a medical office in Houston, TX, with a contract-to-hire position and an hourly rate of $20-$23/hr. Key responsibilities include scanning documents to Kofax, entering notes and scanning letters, phone call triage, and returning therapeutic orders.
Requirements
- Scanning to Kofax: For every order created, the document must be scanned and preserved in Kofax.
- Entering notes and scanning letters
- Phone Call Triage: Answer and prioritize calls
- Returning Therapeutic Orders. Fax orders back to the doctor and call to ensure they are received.
- Medical Terminology - perhaps medical billing exp.
- 5 plus years administrative exp. Strong attention to detail.
- High call volume experience; patience and de-escalation experience.
