Job Description
The M&E Facilities Maintenance Assistant will report to a Project Manager and be responsible for various tasks including tender preparation, project planning, and cost control. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in M&E Engineering and 3 years of experience in M&E works, with a focus on facilities operation in large commercial buildings or education institutions.
Requirements
- Diploma in M&E Engineering or equivalent
- 3 years of experience in M&E works
- 3 years of experience in M&E facilities operation project in large commercial building or education institution
- Construction industry experience
