Requirements
- Performing routine checks on equipment (including HVAC and electrical installations)
- Responsible for the overall maintenance of the building
- Knowledge and experience with mechanical maintenance, including heating systems, ventilation, cooling, and air conditioning
- Handling service requests quickly, politely, and with a caring attitude, with continuous attention to the safety of guests and colleagues
- Communicating and working with external parties, and providing support when needed
- Flexibility in working hours and days, and periodically taking on availability duties
