Job Description
We are looking for an independent working cook for various restaurants in Utrecht. You will be responsible for the daily routine, cooking, and developing new recipes, as well as managing the stock and maintaining the kitchen equipment.
Requirements
- Cooking experience and knowledge of basic cooking techniques
- Ability to handle high workload and work evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of fresh products and ingredients and ability to put a menu together
- Understanding of kitchen safety regulations (Arbo and HACCP)
