Body & Paint Technician

The Body & Paint Technician will repair damaged vehicle bodies and apply paint finishes to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition. This includes dent removal, panel replacement, frame straightening, and color matching. The role involves a variety of skills, including hand and power tools, welding, and color matching.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training or apprenticeship in automotive body repair and painting
• Proven experience as a body and paint technician
• Proficiency with hand and power tools, welding equipment, and paint spraying equipment
• Knowledge of automotive structural repair and painting techniques
• Strong attention to detail and ability to match colors accurately
• Valid driver's license
• Physical dexterity and ability to work in various positions
