Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Vocational training or apprenticeship in automotive body repair and painting
- Proven experience as a body and paint technician
- Proficiency with hand and power tools, welding equipment, and paint spraying equipment
- Knowledge of automotive structural repair and painting techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to match colors accurately
- Valid driver's license
- Physical dexterity and ability to work in various positions
