Job Description
Recursion is seeking an Executive Director of Clinical Development to lead programs across their growing small molecule therapeutics pipeline. This role involves overseeing development of novel molecules, contributing to regulatory submissions, and providing scientific expertise for business development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of oncology and a proven track record of advancing precision medicines from bench to clinical trials.
Requirements
- Medical Degree required
- 5+ years of experience developing, executing and analyzing Phase 1/2 Oncology trials
- Deep knowledge of oncology and genetic diseases
- Strong network and connections to external experts
- Effective skills directed toward driving collaboration
- Highly motivated, decisive, and results-oriented
