Job Description
The Impact You’ll Make role is a key part of a rapidly growing stock-based compensation program within a dynamic company. This role supports the integrity, compliance, and equity of those compensation programs, working cross-functionally with Legal, HR, Accounting, and FP&A teams. The position requires an equity-conscious approach to stock administration, focusing on both legal requirements and best practices, and supporting equitable access to ownership opportunities globally.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in stock plan administration
- Strong understanding of equity compensation
- Experience managing international public company stock options, RSUs, and ESPP programs
- Background in legal, accounting, or compliance fields (plus experience in these areas are a plus)
- Completed Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation (preferred)
