Job Description
We are revolutionising Recycling, and we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to spearhead our expansion into the DACH region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with clients, developing market research, and driving sales growth in Germany, Austria, and German-speaking Switzerland.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English
- 3-7 years of sales experience, preferably within the industrial manufacturing industry
- Understanding of long sales cycles in B2B enterprise
- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients
- High level of motivation with a structured, results-driven approach
- Excellent communicator with ability to build relationships at all levels across an organisation
