Job Description
Pure Barre is seeking dynamic and confident individuals to join its newest location in Worcester, MA. This barre fitness concept uses ballet barre movements for body sculpting and fat loss, emphasizing a fun and motivating atmosphere. The role involves teaching various class schedules across weekdays, weekends, and holidays and requires a passion for fitness and strong customer service skills.
Requirements
- Enthusiastic, confident and outgoing personality
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others
- Ability and desire to build client relationships
- Active lifestyle, already living a health-centered life
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Confidence to energetically command a room of 20 people
- Musicality - ability to keep rhythm and count to beat of music
- Background in dance, fitness, cheerleading or barre concept (ideal but not required)
- Availability to teach a minimum of 4 classes per week
- Ability to lift hand weights, demonstrate full body pushups
- Availability to complete a 4-day training, followed by a 100 hour training program for certification
