Oracle Field Service (Remote)

Red Clay is seeking an experienced Oracle Field Service Lead to design, architect, and implement Oracle Field Service solutions to optimize field operations, improve customer experiences, and increase operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in implementing Oracle Field Service or related solutions
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, with expertise in Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC)
• Strong understanding of field service processes, resource management, and customer service operations
• Proficiency in solution design, configuration, and customization within Oracle Field Service Cloud
