Payroll Specialist

The Payroll Specialist is responsible for full end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate administration while maintaining compliance with legislative requirements, payroll tax obligations, and internal policies and procedures. The role requires strong payroll knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in payroll data.

Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12) degree or diploma in HR, Payroll, Accounting, or Finance
• 7-10 years of payroll experience
• Proven experience with Sage 300 Payroll
• Knowledge of South African Labour Law
• Knowledge of Human Capital policies and procedures
• Knowledge of payroll compliance and statutory requirements
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
