Job Description
Red Energy is seeking a Business Analyst to join their Technology and Development team on a fixed-term basis. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the retail energy sector, with strong stakeholder management skills and a proven track record of delivering major business solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Proven ability to deliver major business solutions
- Highly developed stakeholder management skills and proven resilience
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement in process design
- Experience in delivering business solutions using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong proficiency in SQL for independent data collection and analysis
- Familiarity with collaborative tools, including Google Workspace and Atlassian products
