Requirements
- Experience in sales or business development (B2B preferred)
- Familiarity with construction, utilities, and/or hydro-vac industries strongly preferred
- Proven ability to close deals and grow revenue
- Independent self-starter with strong strategic thinking skills
- Comfortable prospecting, networking, and opening new accounts
- Tech-savvy; experience using CRM systems
