We're looking for a customer-focused professional to coordinate all service activities with our customers across the United States. The successful candidate is a highly organized and motivated Customer Service Coordinator who is passionate about the customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Customer Service experience, healthcare strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success connecting and communicating with varying personalities
- Experience with CRM, strong preference for Salesforce experience
- Professional communication style, both written and verbal
