Perform on-site service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of packaging equipment. Support new equipment installations, startups, and customer checkups. Identify opportunities to recommend replacement parts, upgrades, and preventive maintenance programs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of mechanical field experience
- Background as a Service Maintenance Technician, Manufacturing Technician, Line Operator, or Maintenance Manager
- Hands-on experience maintaining, repairing, or owning uptime of equipment or production lines
