Regional Sales Manager responsible for full-cycle sales across a multi-state Midwest territory, focusing on developing new business and expanding existing accounts.
Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B Construction Equipment, Lifting Equipment, Material Handling equipment, or Heavy Equipment sales experience
- Equipment rental AND dealer/OEM experience
- Experience selling into construction, equipment rental, arborists, or access equipment markets
- Proven success managing large, multi-state sales territories
- Hands-on, technical selling capability with comfort operating aerial lift equipment
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
- Consistent, disciplined use of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely tow and maneuver a truck and trailer
