Red McCombs Toyota is seeking a Service Appointment Coordinator to join their team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling service appointments, and providing excellent customer service. The position is full-time with a typical schedule of Monday to Friday and rotating Saturday.
Requirements
- Answer inbound service phone calls and scheduling service appointments.
- Make outbound calls as assigned to contact service customers to remind them of upcoming service, special order parts notification and after service follow up.
- Answer customer online inquiries by email, phone, and text.
- Schedule service appointments. Reschedule no-show service appointments.
