Job Description
Pixis Drones is seeking a fractional Director of Finance & Operations to manage all aspects of finance, accounting, and reporting for their growing creative tech business. This role involves leading budgeting, forecasting, managing financials, and providing financial insights to drive decision-making and growth. The company specializes in delivering awe-inspiring aerial experiences by marrying artistry, engineering, and storytelling.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent
- 10+ years of leadership experience in finance, FP&A, or accounting
- Extensive experience with Excel and ERP/financial systems
- Ability to balance strategic finance and hands-on bookkeeping
- Proven success in forecasting, fundraising, investor communication, and financial storytelling
