RedSeal is a pioneer in proactive exposure management that helps organizations see, understand, and secure their hybrid digital environments. The Escalation Engineer role involves backing the tech support team for any and all issues that are escalated to the R&D team.
Requirements
- 10 years of industry experience in software, network, security, and support
- Experience working with customers and understanding their use cases
- Experience in building and maintaining networks
- Familiarity with routers, firewalls, vulnerability scanners, load balancers, and configuration management databases (CMDB)
- Programming experience with Java, Python, and XML
- Comfortable with *NIX command line and UNIX systems administration experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
