Job Description
RedSeal is seeking a Sales Director for West to manage and grow their sales team within a thriving enterprise software sales environment. This role focuses on proactively managing customer relationships, expanding market reach, and closing complex deals within enterprise-level organizations. RedSeal is a pioneer in proactive exposure management, specializing in IT, remote, OT, cloud, and IoT solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience selling enterprise software in the cloud, network and/or security industry.
- Experience using consultative solution-selling methodology MEDDPICC with complex, enterprise customers.
- Track record of sales to specific verticals: Finance, Healthcare, Retail, Energy, High Tech.
- Ability to develop multi-year sales strategies to expand footprint within large enterprise customers.
- Track record of closing large seven figure enterprise deals.
- Strong communication and executive-level presentation skills.
- Experience using SalesForce.com and/or similar CRM tools.
- Excellent customer relationship building and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
