Family Intake Counselor - Bilingual Spanish/English Required

The Family Intake Counselor will work closely with the Lead Mental Health Counselor and the Director of Community Schools and Partnerships to identify community and mental health needs and facilitate the delivery of needed services. The counselor will provide direct therapeutic counseling support to parents and/or families on a short-term basis, connect them to on-site resources, and refer them to external organizations as needed.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a mental health professional
• Experience working with mental health agencies and service providers
• Demonstrated ability to work with and provide culturally competent services to diverse populations
