Adult Residential Administrator CCH-Visalia

The Adult Residential Administrator ensures regulatory compliance, maintains client health and well-being, and provides quality care and support. The Administrator communicates with conservators, family, and other agency representatives, manages staffing, and trains and mentors direct support professional staff.

Requirements

• Maintain open communication with conservators, family, service coordinators, and/or other client representatives/advocates
• Maintain appropriate staffing for the facility
• Oversee daily business operations
• Attend trainings as mandated by Regional Centers
• Communicate with staff regarding quality care assurance
• Maintain safety compliance to prevent staff and client injury
• Act as first responder in the field to emergencies
