Associate Behavior Consultant-Sacramento, CA

Join our team and support individuals with special needs by developing and implementing behavior plans. Must have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, ABA training, and 2+ years of experience working with developmental disabilities.

Requirements

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Update behavioral assessments regularly
• Review behavioral data to evaluate effectiveness of behavior plans
• Write initial, annual, and progress behavior reports
• Attend and participate in annual IPP meetings
• Observe clients in homes and day programs
• Train and provide feedback to Direct Support Professionals and management staff
• Collaborate with administrators to address behavior concerns
• Conduct bi-monthly and as-needed staff in-service trainings
• Update behavior plans following severe behaviors or special incident reports
• Develop goals to increase functional replacement behaviors
• Maintain accurate consulting hour logs
