Direct Support Professional 2-Full Time PM

We are looking for compassionate Direct Support Professionals to support and care for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role involves promoting the health, safety, and well-being of residents, and serving as an advocate for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of caregiving experience, and a Direct Support Professional Certificate Year 1 & Year 2 (or willingness to obtain).

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of professional or personal experience in caregiving
• Direct Support Professional Certificate Year 1 & Year 2 (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
• First Aid / CPR (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment)
• California Driver’s License
• Ability to push, pull or lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
