Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Visalia/Tulare

We are hiring compassionate Direct Support Professionals to support and care for adults and adolescents with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We offer a positive, life-enriching environment and a range of benefits.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of professional or personal experience in care giving (preferably in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illnesses with challenging behaviors)
• Direct Support Professional Certificate (Year 1 & Year 2) and Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) (preferably or willing to obtain within the first 6 months of hire)
• First Aid / CPR (preferably or willing to obtain within 30 days of employment)
• California Driver’s License
• Must be at least 21 years of age
