Job Description
Redwood Materials is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to support solar and battery storage systems across various field locations. This role involves daily work requests, equipment checks, maintenance tasks, and collaboration with multiple teams. The company is a localizing battery supply chain integrating recovery, reuse, and recycling from batteries they already have.
Requirements
- Troubleshoot and repair solar and battery storage systems, including electrical and mechanical components.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of solar panels, inverters, and battery storage units.
- Manage field-based projects and oversee contractors and third-party work.
- Create and implement standard work instructions (SWIs).
