Requirements
- More than five (5) years of experience in the field
- Bilingual
- Excellent knowledge of Workday
- Excellent communication skills
- Show a high level of maturity and creativity in decision-making
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of transportation (an asset)
- Technical knowledge (SQL database) (an asset)
- Knowledge of Microsoft DevOps (an asset)
- Excellent customer service skills and expert communicator
- Attention to detail and organized
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively transmit complex problems in a concise manner
- Team spirit
- Optional (but important anyway): have an excellent sense of humor
