Job Description
Reflect is seeking a Flight Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy software for a novel low-Earth orbit spacecraft. The role involves ensuring flight software meets mission requirements throughout the vehicle lifecycle, managing aspects from concept to release, and contributing to on-orbit operations. They are looking for individuals with a proactive and ownership mindset.
Requirements
- Develop reliable autonomous software systems and the infrastructure to support rigorous testing and large-scale in-space deployment
- Own all aspects of development, including: concept design, implementation, testing, and release
- Implement software to support command and data handling, guidance navigation and control, and fault detection and isolation
- Support on-orbit operations through continued development and over-the-air updates
