Job Description
As a Spacecraft Integration Technician at Reflect, you will be responsible for assembling and validating spacecraft, collaborating with design, test, and analysis teams to ensure everything works harmoniously before launch. You will lead mechanical and electrical integration, develop assembly procedures, troubleshoot issues, and guide spacecraft from prototype to launch readiness.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with system-level integration of aerospace hardware
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Hands-on skill set in both mechanical assembly and electrical test/validation
- Ability to navigate fast-paced integration schedules
- Familiarity with spacecraft environmental testing protocols
