Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally in AI/ML, research, or deep tech
- Proven track record sourcing and closing research-focused candidates (e.g., AI scientists, ML engineers)
- Expert use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Juicebox, and other sourcing tools
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure, analyze, and improve recruiting performance
- Comfortable with deep research into niche technical fields, publications, and academic networks
