Senior Counsel, Technology Transactions & Partnerships

As our first dedicated technology transactions and strategic partnerships attorney, you will lead and scale Reflection's commercial legal function. You will design the legal and commercial frameworks underpinning Reflection's go-to-market and partnerships strategy.

Requirements

• J.D. and active bar membership.
• 8–14+ years of experience within the technology transactions practice of a top-tier law firm and/or in-house at a leading technology, cloud, or AI company.
• Deep experience negotiating complex, bespoke and first-of-their-kind technology transactions, strategic partnerships, and IP-intensive agreements.
