Job Description
Reflex Aerospace is seeking a highly motivated Mission Manager to oversee comprehensive satellite missions. This role involves leading from proposal to in-flight operation, managing a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring project success through customer communication and risk management. The company focuses on advanced satellite technology and is a NewSpace startup aiming for rapid innovation and reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, related field, or equivalent work experience
- Proven record of managing end-to-end space mission projects
- Experience in leading and managing diverse multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Experience in Agile project management frameworks
- Knowledge of space mission systems engineering or MBSE (a plus)
- Experience with mission analysis (a plus)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
