Job Description
The Business Developer (Hunter) is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new Enterprise-level business opportunities for Reflex, a provider of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) solutions. The role focuses on creating pipeline, converting opportunities, and handing over successfully closed deals to the account ownership and service delivery teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Enterprise B2B ICT sales
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Sales, IT, or similar
- Formal sales methodology training (MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.)
- Strong business acumen and consultative selling skills
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
