Job Description
Refresco is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to provide leadership for the maintenance functions, ensuring proper preventive maintenance of physical plant and all operating equipment, electrical troubleshooting, minimizing equipment downtime to provide maximum production capacity, and compliance with all Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 5-7 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing facility
- Proficient in Excel, Word, SAP and Power Point
- Proven Leadership experience in a Production environment
- Strong team player who can work across multiple functions
- Ability to analyze and solve problems, results oriented
- Able to work under deadline pressures
- Organized and detail oriented, adaptable to change
