Quality Tech

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking a Quality Tech to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to health and safety policies. The role involves working in a fast-paced production plant and requires attention to detail, precision, and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-3 years of experience in quality within a manufacturing environment, and proficiency in Excel, Word, and SAP.

Requirements

• Adhere to all health and safety policies/procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Ensure all products conform to customer specifications as outlined in SAP system
• Perform analysis on raw materials, finished batches, treated water, and/or other programmed outlines by the department
• Conduct chemical and physical analysis on raw and intermediate processing materials
• Evaluate finished products against current standards by performing audits
• Maintain accurate, legible records of all tests and retests performed
• Perform production line checks at specified intervals
• Ensure accurate test results by maintaining proper operation and calibration of laboratory equipment
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness at all times
• Report all out of specification results to designated leadership
• Complete special projects and other reasonable duties as assigned by leadership
