Job Description
Refuge Group, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Systems Administrator to manage and support Microsoft 365, Windows servers, and Windows PCs in multiple corporate offices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows servers, and Windows PCs
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize demands and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
