Job Description
We're looking for an Office & Event Manager to manage daily office operations at our Vienna headquarters and coordinate key company events. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational capabilities, effectively manages multiple priorities, and contributes to fostering a collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- At least 1.5 years in administrative positions
- Background in Business Administration or a related field
- Solid understanding of office management fundamentals and event planning procedures
- Fluency in English and German
- Strong organizational skills
