Job Description
The Application Engineer will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, support sales activities, and enhance customer relationships in SEA markets. The role will involve technical support, troubleshooting, product management, and customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering or equivalent
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in the HVAC industry or working with HVAC manufacturers
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required
- Solid expertise in Mechanical and/or electrical knowledge
- Ability to balance technical expertise with a business-oriented mindset
- Established relationships in the AHU manufacturing sector are a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
