Job Description
The Senior HR Generalist will deliver comprehensive HR support to production operations, ensuring alignment between HR strategies and business objectives. The role involves leading full-cycle recruitment, developing employer branding strategies, and overseeing onboarding processes.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, and labor union interactions is essential
- Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
