Manufacturing Manager

Leader of all Manufacturing areas and applicable associates, responsible for achieving Strategy Deployment and Daily Management objectives.

Requirements

• Four (4) year college degree in Engineering (or related technical field)
• MBA or technical master’s degree preferred
• 7 + years' experience in lean operations, with history of progressive advancement
• 5 years leadership in a machining manufacturing environment
• Work experience in an aerospace manufacturing (machine shop) environment is preferred
