Production Scheduler

The Production Scheduler plays a critical role in ensuring efficient and cost-effective manufacturing operations at Thomson Power Systems. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining production schedules that balance inventory levels, resource availability, and delivery timelines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in production scheduling, manufacturing planning, or operations coordination
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, product flow, and resource capabilities
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and scheduling software/tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and resolve scheduling conflicts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
