Supervisor, Materials

Thomson Power Systems is seeking a Materials / Warehouse Supervisor to lead and manage all warehouse-related activities. The successful candidate will create a vision to achieve the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and long-term strategic objectives, and will play a key role in creating a winning team and working towards career growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Drive the culture of zero safety incident for the department and the business.
• Develop and align the department around the business' KPI’s to achieve the AOP targets.
• Provide effective leadership, coaching, and training to department leaders.
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives through RBS to improve the department KPI’s.
• Maintain and improve daily productivity statistics.
• Organize and lead the annual physical inventory count and corrective actions.
• Communicate critical department metrics to relevant business personnel.
• Be the central point of contact for all department related inquiries.
• Identify, recruit, and retain top talents to create a strong employee culture and engagement.
